We love making white mould cheeses and nothing beats a classic cows milk brie! Our classic brie is ever so gooey, and delivers a buttery and subtle earthy flavour. This cheese is a stand out on a cheeseboard, but we encourage you to get a little more creative with a baked brie or brie toasties!
